Hello all,

I have to apologize again for the delay in posts, between moving, having my mom to visit and then our trip overseas there just hasn't been much spare time (not to mention having a baby in the house)!

Our visit in California has been lovely, although we sure wish we'd had time to see our family in Wisconsin and our friends in SoCal (hopefully next year). Thank you so much to everyone who was able to come to us, it was great to see so many friends and family.

CJ is growing so fast I can't believe it. He is aware of everything going on around him, chatting up a storm, reaching for toys, laughing (is there a more glorious sound?), sucking on his fingers, drooling like crazy, and standing with helping hands under his arms. Every minute spent with him brings such joy - I still can't believe how lucky we are to have this little man in our lives. It has been especially wonderful to see his daddy so enjoying spending every day with him the last couple of weeks. He is such a wonderful father -it's fabulous to watch him interacting with CJ. Ah bliss, too bad it has to end so soon and we're back to reality - such is life!
