Our little man is almost 6 months old...I can't believe it! He continues to amaze us by changing constantly. A few highlights...

-he's sitting up on his own now, often for several minutes before tipping over :)

-he starting "talking" again, saying "ba, ba, ba" for a few days, but has since traded in yelling for talking ("aaaaaah, aaaaah" at the top of his lungs)...sometimes at 6am (imagine my delight!)

-he is loving all the new foods...the latest additions are chicken (best mixed with sweet potato), broccoli (which he enjoyed with banana!),cruskits (a cracker that's very airy...not sure of a U.S. equivalent) and rusks (again not sure for the States...a hard cookie type thing for teething)

-in the last few days he has started sleeping for almost 2 hours straight during a day nap...this is a first, he normally will not sleep for more than 35 minutes unless he's in my lap - I am really enjoying my new found freedom...sure hope it lasts!

-he has sort of figured out his sippy cup and likes to have a bit of water after a meal (with a little help from mum!)

More than anything he continues to amaze and thrill us with his gorgeous smiles, glorious laughter, and general good-naturedness (is that a word?!). He is terrifically cute and a constant delight (even when he's yelling at 6 in the morning - haha).
