Four, three, two....

Wow, where has the time gone? I am now 36 weeks along and only 4 weeks to go till my due date. Fingers crossed my mom makes it here before the baby! I'm feeling alright...I've got the usual complaints for someone this far along, but nothing major. The biggest problem these days is the heat and humidity - summer is definitely here.

Craig was in the Philippines last week so I was doing the single mom thing...wow, not easy. The evenings were really tough - I was tired and Calvin was playing up quite a bit, but it was only 4 nights and we survived (albeit a bit worse for wear). :)

Calvin is adorable (as always)...it's amazing to see him growing and learning so quickly. He talks constantly, although we can't understand all of it yet, but he will repeat words after us and definitely comprehends a lot. He is really good at following directions now and will help out, when so inclined! He surprises me sometimes with his comprehension of what I consider an offhand comment, must remember to watch what I say! He also has a long list of words that we do know (and a few that sound right to anyone) and is picking up more all the time.

I know there's more I wanted to say, but my brain just isn't functioning well these days - I'm just too tired!
