October was a big month for us...we had several activities, the first of which was a trip to a
Golden Ridge Animal Farm with our playgroup. They took us on a tour of the farm and we got to feed sheep, goats, deer, and even an alpaca. The animals were VERY eager and pushing their heads through the fence, which was a little bit much for some of the toddlers, but overall they enjoyed it. It was a very hot day, so luckily we got to go inside next and hold baby chicks and ducks, then feed baby goats with a bottle and hold rabbits (which Calvin didn't want to do). They also got to milk a cow, then they ended the visit with a pony ride - wow, what a great day!
