Well, actually it's 7 - days that is!! I had my last OB appt. this morning and he said that I am 1.5cm dilated, the baby's head is 'well down' in the pelvis and everything is looking good. So, I am now officially booked in to the hospital to be induced next Tuesday the 24th at 7:15am! However, the doc said he wouldn't be surprised if I went earlier than that with the way things are looking - wow!
If nothing happens before Tuesday then it's likely the baby will be born by that evening (they will break my waters and put me on a drip line when I first check in).
Suddenly it all seems quite soon and very scary, but we're so looking forward to meeting our little one that it's exciting too.
